Scholarships for Undergraduate academic studies (Bachelor’s programmes) are available for young people from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Moldova, China, Hungary, and Ukraine.
Stipendija obuhvata besplatno usavršavanje, iznos od 15.000 dinara mesečno, besplatnu uslugu smeštaja i ishrane u ustanovama studentskog standarda, osnovno zdravstveno osiguranje u skladu sa propisima i međunarodnim sporazumima, besplatnu boravišnu vizu i besplatno priznavanje srednjoškolskih, odnosno visokoškolskih diploma.
The scholarship includes free training, the amount of 15,000 dinars per month, free accommodation and meals in student-standard institutions, basic health insurance in accordance with regulations and international agreements, free residence visa and free recognition of high school and higher education diplomas.
Student zainteresovan za stipendiju obraća se instituciji zemlje čiji je državljanin koja je nadležna za ove poslove (ministarstva obrazovanja, vladine agencije, itd) i koja sačinjava liste kandidata svoje zemlje, odnosno nominacije (glavna i rezervna lista) i dostavlja neophodnu dokumentaciju podnosilaca prijava.
A student interested in a scholarship addresses the institution of the country of which he is a citizen, which is responsible for these matters (ministry of education, government agencies, etc.) and which compiles the lists of candidates of his country, i.e. nominations (main and reserve list) and submits the necessary documentation of the applicants.
Rok za dostavljanje liste kandidata i njihove dokumentacije Ministarstvu prosvete je 15. juli 2026. godine.
The deadline for submitting the list of candidates and their documentation to the Ministry of Education is July 15, 2026.
